The association offers support and accompaniment services for its members when carrying out the official activities outlined in its Statute.<\/h2>\n

These services are provided exclusively by volunteers, in accordance with Article 17 of Legislative Decree 117\/2017 (Italian Third Sector Code), using their own vehicles or ones made available for this purpose. Volunteers receive no payment or compensation for transport.<\/p>\n

Only documented expense reimbursements are allowed, following the procedures set out in the association\u2019s internal regulations.<\/p>\n

Please note: this accompaniment service is not a public or private transport service and has no commercial purpose.<\/p>\n

Volunteers must comply with the Highway Code.

BOOKING PROCEDURE<\/span><\/p>

Direct Booking<\/h2>

You can make a tour online reservation by using booking system on our page Tour.<\/p>

How to proceed<\/h3>

Choose the type of Tour, indicate the number of persons, select the date, select the transfer.
Follow the instructions to complete your order with the payment you will receive an e-mail message with all necessary details to be presented the day of the tour. Always check the cancellation and refund conditions on each tour page, as well as and on this page.<\/p>

Request quotation by Email<\/h3>

The request for availability isn\u2019t binding and doesn\u2019t act as a contract neither for the Customer nor for the Company. In case when there is availability, a summary will be sent to the Customer containing the terms for the required tour or package (date and payable amounts) to be confirmed within 48 hours.<\/p>

The absence of a reply within the specified time limits will void the request for the required tour or package. Your booking contract will be refined by making a down payment.<\/p>

    Deadline for down payment : three (3) days<\/strong><\/p>

    Cancellation Policy<\/h2>

    No penalty<\/strong> with notice up to 48 hours before the tour date, the amount paid will be refunded in full, excluding any bank commission and administrative fees if required by the online payment manager.<\/p>

    A 50% penalty applies<\/strong> for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour date. 50% of the amount paid will be refunded, excluding any bank commission and administrative fees if required by the online payment manager.<\/p>

    A 100% penalty applies<\/strong> for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour date and\/or in the event of a no-show. No refunds will be made.<\/p>

    The waiver by the single participant, or, part of a group, involves the payment of 100% of the amount of the tour\/excursion.<\/p>

    Besides the down payment already paid, you will be asked to pay the full amount of the reservation with the balance to be paid by bank transfer or Credit Card account via Paypal or cash the day of the tour.<\/p>

    No-Show up the day of the excursion<\/h3>

    Do Not to show up the day of the excursion at the agreed time, entails the cancellation of the booked excursion and any deposit paid at the time of booking.<\/p>
