Excursions active every day, no danger. The volcano’s eruptive phases last only a few hours—no problem!
Friday, December 10, 2024: Etna is showing normal gas emissions at an altitude of 3300 meters, with no ash or lapilli discharge.
All hiking activities up to 2000 meters are guaranteed to be safe.
